Our check-in time is after 3.00pm.
All early check-in before 3.00 pm is subject to availability.
All early check-in before 6.00 am will be charged an equivalent of a full night room rate.
Our check-out time is before 12.00 noon.
All late check-out requests are subject to availability.
All check-out from 6.00 pm onwards will be charged an equivalent of a full night room rate.
Children up to 12 years old can enjoy their stay with their parents or guardians in the same room with existing bedding and sleeping arrangement.
We do not provide extra bed.
We do provide car park with a fixed rate of RM10.00 per entry per day.
Smoking is not permitted in all of the guest rooms. Evidence of violation against our smoke-free principle will result in a charge of RM250.00 to your hotel room bills.
A designated smoking area has been arranged at the Lobby porch located at Ground level.
AK Hospitality Sdn Bhd is the sole company appointed by Aset Kayamas Development Sdn Bhd, the developer of the Antara Genting Highlands, to manage homestay operations related to the project.
Aset Kayamas Development Sdn Bhd reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorized party that misuses the name or association of AK Hospitality Sdn Bhd in connection with homestay activities under the Antara Genting Highlands.
